Sales Trainer Position

Due to our constant/recent growth, we are seeking ELITE tele-sales professionals to be part of our TRAINING TEAM and Free Final Expense Leads platform. Full time only!

Who we’re looking for

Top level / High Percentage sales closers with SUCCESS at insurance and or final expense Tele-Sales. Yes, you must be a top tier closer to be part of this program as you’ll be selling FULL TIME and TRAINING Agents.

How does it work?

After your interview, we put you on our Free Leads Platform LINKED HERE  You’ll go through basic training and be thrown into the mix as a new agent. For the next 30 Phone Days, our trainers work with and train you to be a top-tier producer and trainer. After completing this trial period you’ll be evaluated and potentially given training responsibilities – assuming you are a top-tier producer. You’ll start earning commission off of your TRAINEES while mentoring them and while leading from the front. You’ll also be able to earn BONUSES based on your teams production.
